Ubuntu13.10で、chefのserviceでsshをリロードできない

chefのserviceでsshをリロードしようとしたら

  * service[ssh] action restart

Ran /etc/init.d/ssh restart returned 1

のエラーが出たので、原因はよく読んでいませんが
https://github.com/opscode-cookbooks/openssh/pull/30/files
を参考に

provider Chef::Provider::Service::Upstart

を追加してやったら上手くいくようになりました。

(mongodbでも似たようなエラー出て同じ方法で解決(?)した...)
